Sorry it took me so long to get back to this post.

I tried what was suggested and it worked in the test song.

So I opened the one I'm working on and played it. However, I soloed the bass track so I could actually hear exactly what is happening.

So, the bass guitar is actually playing the last note....however... it sounds like it's hitting a harmonic which places it about two or three octaves above where one would expect to hear that last root note being played. That's why the last note is so weak sounding. Now... to figure out how to get it to not play the harmonic

EDIT: I tried RESET on the bar from the bar settings menu and I got a note that is acceptable. At least it's not a harmonic. I can use melodyne to drag it down an octave to see how it sounds
