One way is to have both the 2024 and 2026 executible files reside inside seperate Band-in-a-Box folders Create seperate desktop shortcuts for each program file in each folder. Then select whichever desktop shortcut you desire.
You likely will want to move the RealDrums and RealTracks folders to custom locations so the "bb" folders are not excessively large.
You can't have two 'bb" folders with the same name under the storage drive letter. Keep the 2026 folder name at its default of 'bb'. Maybe label the other folder as "bb 2024" for example. This is exactly how I have it and works fine. Once installed just go to realtrack settings and set the custom path for the realtracks.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
