To answer your question where I need a help file - somewhere easy to find.
But maybe you wanted to know for what I need a help file. A new function might need more than an entry about it is available. It might need some additional Information how to use it.

And that is why manuals exist. People like me require some heps once in a while. You know, sometimes people in forums do answer requests with "RTFM". Existense of a manual is a given! A commodity. And best acompanied with a context aware help function, so no one needs to search in a 600 pages document.

Don't get me wrong, I do not demand all this from you. I want PG Music to provide these commodities. In Europe, it is not allowed to deliver goods without a manual. It is a fundamental right for a customer to have that.
I just find it strange that I get the feeling form your posts that I need to explain the need for Information.
