If one only could have one guitar plugin which one would be recomended as a first choice?. It is not so easy because we would need more information on what kind of guitar and what style are you looking for. Dr Dan's suggestion is great for acoustic guitar. I like NI Sessions Guitarist - picked nylon for a nylon guitar. You have Studio One Pro so you already have some guitar plugins. If you have Kontakt there are many different guitar plugins - I like Soundprop's guitars for both electric and acoustic guitars. There are a lot of other options available including PGM, IK Multimedia, Etc. FYI - Native Instruments (NI) is in financial trouble, check the off topic forum. So you might want to hold off on any NI purchases for now. If you do get an NI product make sure to install it and immediately back it up. Just my two cents.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
