I'm not at my computer right now (actually have been in the emergency room all day with my 96 year old dad - and they're going to admit him for further testing), but I've been a long time user (and beta tester) of Diamond Cut Audio Restoration Tools (DCArt). As I recall, I believe they have a wow and flutter filter, and Craig and Rick are good with responding to help for filter settings in the user forum. I've even sent them troublesome audio files before that they were able to provide me back the proper settings. https://diamondcut.com/product-category/software/It's $99.00. I've used it over many years to digitize my extensive record and tape collection be removing surface noise, ticks, pops, scuffs, etc.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
