This is a very good 20 minute legal discussion on the Suno agreement and copyrights, and why it is murky and still dangerous. https://www.taxi.com/transmitter/2601/suno-who-owns-your-ai-created-music-now/My take from all I've read: the key words are ROYALTY FREE. When you use Band in a Box, you have hired and paid the musicians on your software to play your song that you wrote words and music for. When you subscribe to Suno, which I wouldn't consider royalty free, you are paying Suno to cull (I'd say steal) from musicians who created their works and to give it to you. John

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
