Not totally true. If you analyze the drum wav files you'll note that it would be fairly easy to isolate just the HH. Once you copy this section and save it you can then "roll your own" RD pattern. I've done this with the snare so I can do a "surf beat" in songs.
Jeff there's a nice tutorial on "rolling your own" RD. This is a great feature that is totally over looked. There's a very good Acid disc of Mic Fleetwood drum loops that can quite easily be made into RDs.
