This has been covered in multiple threads in this forum.
Without repeating what's already been said and discussed, there are now publishers and sync libraries that are quietly building "AI Assisted" catalogs. Not written by, or composed by AI, but assisted in the process by, AI. There's still a few legal issues to be worked out before those catalogs are going to be mainstreamed.
Until then, by all means, it behooves one to know, and abide by, the rules of the game.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
