I have not used it much. I did test i a bit in Studio One long time ago.
I had a quick look now in Fender Studio Pro.
I have the same problem as mentioned above.
From what I can see it takes the GM patchlist from the C/Program Files ... as mentioned above.
But for new patchlist that one creates and saves via the UI "store present" (the tiny tiny symbol to the left of the open field and the wrench tool), these patchlists seem to get stored in a different location: Document/Studio Pro/Presets/User Presets/Patch Names
(and the old Studio One user created patchlists in Document/Studio One/Presets/User Presets/Patch Names)

I big problem and confusion is that it seems to only recognize these files if intact!.

So if I temporary rename a file or the folder and then rename it back it will not be recognized by Studio Pro, very confusing.
A bit shame, since I had all my old Studio One patchlists showed up OK in Studio Pro. I did not think of to re-save them under different names,
But while investigating I temporarily renamed the folder only to see if Studio Pro could find them now or not, and they did not show as expected.
But now when I renamed the folder back to its original name I thought everyting should be fine but now Studio Pro cant find them, they do not show up at all.

I do not have a clue what is happening.
