I'd go to the support page, download the latest update for 2025, and install it.
Pay attention to where things install and let it install the PGPlugins again if given the option.

If that doesn't reinstall them try (re)installing BiaB latest update for that year

One of them re-installs them if you let it.

// according to a post above, the readme says we can share our compiled binary file that contains all of those TGS files, and I would do that, but it may overwrite some presets I have changed and/or add some I have. So I don't recommend that route unless you and a friend have been sharing it for reasons, which I can definitely see the benefit of doing. Sending my TGS files to to another location could be very handy when working on a mix, as long as both systems have the same FX available, etc.
