Hi Ray, Marty, Brain, Chay and John,

Thank you for the very kind comments on the song. I really enjoyed them. It was certainly exciting to incorporate those violins like that. You could just as easily have thought it was too busy or something.

Excellent lyric & cool vocal.

Hi Ray, that's a really nice compliment. Especially about that orchestra, and considering what Marty also says about it. Thanks!

Hi Marty, well, I always let you listen to my first drafts of a song. And you always enjoy it, and you even give me advice. And in the end, the song is usually completely different from that first draft. I think you encourage me to do that, but how?

I think the orchestral parts are pretty good.
It's amazing how much tension strings can create.
In my opinion, they are a good choice and very well implemented.
Important message, conveyed by really good vocals.

Hello Brain, you are mostly one of the first that comment on my songs. Thanks for that. In this case I had to laugh a bit; your comment about the song was "a sad story and even sadder song"(or words alike) and then these words up here come as a wonderful surprise compared with that first reaction.
Thanks for this addition to that 'sad song'!

Hi John, the best compliment is that the song stuck in your head for so long. I appreciate that! I've written more songs that feature rock and violins. I love violins, but not always in the classical way. You might have noticed that in a few of my previous songs. So thanks so much!

I wish you al a great day,
Hans
