I don't think Newbies have personal message privileges until they post a certain number of messages. My guess is the personal message mailbox opens once the Newbie title is gone. I'm not sure about that. Some newbies retain that title for years. That title changes based on the number of posts they make. I had thought that they couldn't post PM's until a certain time period had been reached after registering, and was not based on a post count.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
