Yes, we can determine which user style is causing this and then fix it, and if necessary temporarily remove it from your Styles folder so that it rebuilds. To start with, try to narrow it down a bit by moving half of the styles from your Band-in-a-Box | Styles folder to another location and trying to rebuild, and repeating a couple times. Or if you happen to know which ones are user styles (i.e. third party / non-PG Music) just remove those ones. Once you have narrowed it down a bit, send us a zip of the Styles which cause the error to happen when they are in the Styles folder. You can email the zip (if it's a reasonable size, otherwise we'll use a different method) to support@pgmusic.com and reference this forum thread.
