There's been a simple set up for dynamic EQ almost since the word go with reaper - just had to assembled by the user from two components...part of the Reaper ethos.
Reaper is, demonstrably from my perspective, very good, very cheap and VERY developer friendly where as Mike you've not demonstrated anything except very solid curmudgeon skills - something not to be ashamed of I might add.
I suspect something that impresses you will, by virtue of such a commendation, be something I'd not care for.
ReEQ is very well done, has a strong Fabfilter vibe even though it's quite old, and the price is right too.
