Let me say this.... learning and understanding and applying midi synth sounds in BIAB midi was one of the most significant things I learned. I highly recomend you make this a priority. It is not complicated and confusing once you figure it out and the rewards that follow are well worth the time and effort. Will this make a difference, hell yes! We are talking about the sound quality of what you are listening to. Midi can sound like a pipe-organ at the circus or it can sound like a lush and vibrant piano.

If you have installed the SythnFont 64, you now need to set it as your Default Synth in BIAB. [OPTIONS - midi audio driver setup - Use VST/Dxi Synth - Route midi thru to midi driver- Select the VST/DXi Synth].

This should open the Synthfont GIU where you can set what SF files you have. If you get stuck after this point let me know and I will creat a video...
