Hey Everybody,

I decided to record an Easter song for Jesus.

I used an old 1960s classical guitar I received as a gift from my sister. It may have cost $50 when it was new, because that was approximately the time frame that Bob Dylan was first singing Blowing in the Wind. I played it freestyle into an SM-81.

It was metronome-free for V1 and Ch1 and then I lined it up with a click track for part two which adheres to the hymnbook version with strings.

Hope you like it, and I hope that when I pass on Jesus will let me squeak into heaven by the skin of my teeth with a lottery ticket in my hand and a bag full of extra brownie points, because let’s just say that I would have made Mick Jagger blush in my younger days—and Keith Richards would have been horrified.

Happy Easter.
