Hi, I was able to get PG team support to help address this issue. Turns out there was a patch they helped apply that reconciled this issue, changed the Audio options. So far it seems to be working ok. Here's the info that was shared:

Please download and install the latest patch available for your copy of RealBand from here: https://www.pgmusic.com/support.realband.htm

Once done, please confirm if you are using ASIO in Windows, as this may be causing conflict with RealBand if not set up correctly (even if playback works fine in Band-in-a-Box).
