First of all, I would like to thank all of your responses to my sound card problem. Next, my soundcard seems to be fixed. I did what one of you suggested, un-install the Creative soft-ware and only install the Three updates from the Creative help site. All 5 speakers are working properly and I get surround sound from my Surround Sound test CD, from my old Audigy 2Z soundcard CD. I also downloaded a lot of Venturer's midi files which are in stereo and I play them through Real Band. These sound great now that my sound problem is solved. So, thanks again for your support.
