I appreciate all the comments and advice. Here is what I would like to try: I have a free Google Drive account which for years has worked very well. I have 9GB out of the full 15 GB open. And I can likely cut that in half easily. So I effectively have ~ 7GB available for a Folder of my Music.

Can I test a single file link here and have you folks tell me if it is feasible? If this goes well I will next send a Folder Link to more than 1 file to see if you see a collection of song links.

2) Do you see other files in my Google account?
3) Do you need a Google Account?
4) Does it actually provide a flac player or can you only download?
