1) Yes, only the file you shared is visible
2) No

4) No, it is not providing a player. On my desktop (music) Win 11 PC it popped up a player and played perfectly. But on my Android phone it did not probably because I don't have a flac player set up as a default (nor would most people) however it scanned my system and offered to open it with Youtube Music or Spotify or Musicolet (an AWESOME player for local files) and in all 3 cases it played fine. Also, both desktop and Android offered the option to download and share.

You might consider storing your files as mp3 to remove that one tiny potential barrier since most folks access the web now with mobile and if your audience has no music player a flac won't work for them.
