Mario's House

We have a rule that on one's birthday one gets to do whatever one wants to do. So last Friday I sat at my computer and came up with this song.

BiaB Style Charm Slow Jazz Ballad Multi
Tempo - 60 BPM
Bass - Ample Bass - Upright
Piano - EZKeys2 - Upright - 70's Ballad
Guitar - Kontakt - Soundprop - Jass L4 V2
Drums - SSD-5 - Deluxe 2 - Jazz Brushes

I am playing my Jay Turser Jazz Box guitar and via my breath and keyboard controllers the Swam Trumpet.

All comments are welcomed.

Sounds like a walk down a little up street in the 1950’s, Mario.
Nicely moody.

Superb smokey feel throughout, and lovely playing. Nice articulation and tone on the guitar. Cool trumpet, too. Love this stuff.

Sounds like you had a great day!

Hi Mario!
I know what Style you used for this one - birthday style! What a relaxing, contemplative piece. I could picture myself leaning back in a chair after consuming a generous slice of birthday cake, crumbs down my jumper, and a glass of Bailey’s Irish Cream. Loved it.

I'm not really a big Jazz fan, but this song has such a nice "late-at-night-in-a-smoky-bar" vibe that I _really_ like it.
Happy belated birthday, Mario!

Thanx Vic. I love the jazz from the 50's and 60's. Miles, Coltrane, Wes, and The Bird just to name a few.

You got me Andrew. I just spend 2 hours looking in BiaB for the birthday style and I don't have it!
Actually it was a pizza with a pepperoni on my t-shirt and a bottle of beer.

Thanx so much. I do like those Swam instruments. They can sound very close to the real instruments.

A very happy birthday to you, Mario! Love that slow late night lounge styled jazz, and it sounds like you're a cat that's mastered it.

Mario,

The guitar solo and swam trumpet are both fantastic.
It reminds me of a live performance at a jazz bar.
Even if not jazz fans, the play will relax their heart.
Jazz fans will enjoy it even more.
The piano and bass also create a great atmosphere.
You really are a MIDI master.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.

Best regards.

Ooo, that opening piano is so inviting. Thanks for inviting us to your birthday bash, Mario. The entertainment was outstanding. The melody you devised for the trumpet was so good, and then that guitar knocked me over with goodness. What a wonderful sound, Mario.

Enjoy whatever happens!

Lately we've been watching a lot of Scenic Relaxation 4K videos on Youtube.
They are stunningly well shot and cover many countries and themes. And watched by millions.

Why mention that?
Well, your music would be perfect backgrounds for them.
Better than what they use.

Happy B'day and thanks for this great tune. Love, as always, your performances.
