Hi, I posted this message at the end of a previous older thread, but I thought I'd move some of the old info along with my new post to freshen the issue up a bit, and with a new title.

I copied a total midi song that was saved with the BLUGRAS1 style in BIAB to my android phone. I loaded the song into the android app using the Open - Files App. The song plays in the key that it was saved in, but I cannot change the key. When I Generate MIDI (Local) the screen goes back to the chords but nothing happens. The chord screen still has the original key of the song and the equivalent chords changes of the song in the bars. There is no change at all from the original key. If I press Play, the song plays, but in the original key. Nothing changes. I've tried several songs with the same results. This is the android version from the Google Play store. I am on wifi with the phone and my 2026 serial # has been verified by the app. Am I doing something wrong?

It's been a while since I've tried the Android app. I still am unable to change keys. I've uploaded a simple midi only .mgu file, with no success. The app shows my key selection when I try to change keys but there is no change either in the song or in the bars. I tried the same thing with the song files that are included with the app. No change either. No change whether I do a regeneration or not. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app from the play store. No change.

Has there been an update to the app that solves this issue? Thanks.

Also, exactly where do I upload user .mgu midi only songs to the app and where do I upload user styles from a Windows 10 PC that is connected to the Android phone via file transfer?
Where are the built-in songs and styles located in the Android system?

Is anyone out there able to change keys in a midi only .mgu song, or am I the only one?
