I use ACE Studio. though not cheap for a permanent license (they do have a rent to own plan, also), it does what I need in the box (my computer) rather than online. Like most Asian companies that do this thing, it has yet to generate a voice that sounds convincing in American English but I don't care. I use it for demos only and the lack of a convincing voice highlights this fact. They just released v.2 which adds latin and choral voices along with instruments.

The reason I went with ACE is that I can give it a MusicXML file from a notation app such as Finale and the voices can 'sing' the notes and words from the page. For my work, this is huge and well worth the money.
