Hi Bob and Joliz,
Some have already said it here, and I will do the same: you are a great storyteller. And you keep listening until the end, and also enjoy the atmosphere you both manage to create. Very good. I had the same expression as Rob (Tunemonger): a garden chair with ambition. That indeed stood out immediately, because it is also very funny!
The solo guitar in between, but also that steel guitar, gives the whole thing a really nice atmosphere.
Very well done, you both!

Kudos for the choice of style with that great-sounding bass and the steel pedal in the background. The chorus is excellent, with the vocals giving way to the bass; we wish we could hear it a little longer. The vocals, the steel pedal, and the bass give this song a beautiful atmosphere. The chorus shows, once again, that you can make great songs with simple elements.
