I only need to click on the yellowed slection to see a menu open up to add a VST/Dx
Here is what you should see:

If you don't see the VSTSynthfont64 there, then you have not installed it. But you and I have spoken in the past on this topic and I was sure you had it installed? Take a look and see if this fixes things for you. By the way, the VSTSynthfont64 is not a soundfont, it is a plugin with a VST2 (.dll) extension). This pluging allows you to play any soundfont which you load into it separately. Not really as confusing as it sounds.
