The intention of 'File | Save Special | Send as email attachment' is to open Mail and attach the song and style to the email. This is working in my testing, however there are a number of things that could go wrong... one is that Band-in-a-Box would need to be given permission to control Mail, and if you had not accepted this when asked the first time it might not have permission.
You might be able to correct it in System Settings | Privacy and Security | Automation... Band-in-a-Box.
But if it's still not working I would just do it manually, or perhaps we can troubleshoot further if you describe exactly what DOES happen for you?
