When you select that menu item, does (1) nothing happen at all? Or (2) does the Email Song dialog open but nothing happens when you press [Send Mail]. I would expect it to launch Mail when you press Send Mail.
If the problem is (2), then it could be some specific characters in the song or style file name that are messing it up. Try saving the song with a very simple filename like 'test.sgu' and see if it then works.

The XPro & Xtra Styles PAKs are not included in any Band-in-a-Box® package.

They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
