Here is maybe a start for you... Key F, Tempo 75 ev8ths rock ballad I used a bar maker on bar 19 which put a drum fill on the bar following the Csus, (0.56 where you indicate the sound you want) and where the drum fill enters. I think this maybe what you are going for. All was going good until I realized this style does not play a C/E chord!  But that would be just one more issue you would have to tackle. Is this what you were looking for?
