True. As has been posted a few times, the next macOS will drop support for Rosetta 2 in October 2027.

Will PG Music provide a remedy?

If they don't, there can't be a BIAB 2028 for Mac. PG Music has posted more than once that BIAB would not be Apple Silicon Native until Apple forced the issue. Apple announced last year that the issue is being forced.

Tahoe is the last macOS for Intel Macs. Since BIAB 2028 must be Native, it will not run over Intel — unless PG Music makes two versions like they did in 2018 (32 bit and 64 bit). That is a marketing decision they will need to make. BTW, there was no 32 bit version in 2019.

My only prediction is that BIAB 2027 for Mac will be later than usual since it will need to comply with the next macOS unless they get really lucky and it works with the early betas.
