I'm a delphi developer, and my opinion is that the native Apple Silicon Delphi compiler has a lot of bugs still. If Embarcadero fixes them, then it's possible for BIAB 2028 to exist on time. If not. well. I don't work for PG, I don't have inside info and if I did I wouldn't say, but my guess is, nobody knows.
Dare I suggest a ClaudeCode assisted migration to freepascal, and a rebuild of the LCL to support BIAB? :-)
