2025 User Showcase Awards.... Congratulations to....

In the past year (2025), we had hundreds of new original compositions posted to the User Showcase. Wow! There have now been about 14,000 songs in total posted in the Showcase! Many thanks to all who have contributed.
In 2025 there were 950 compositions posted, and 20,714 new posts in the User Showcase forum!. There were song compositions by over 100 different artists from at least 21 countries, including: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czechia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Slovenia, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.
We'd like to thank and recognize these amazing contributions that people have made!
So we announce the "Top 40 User Showcase Awards" to the top 40 contributors of 2024 – a free Band-in-a-Box 2026 UltraPAK (including the 49 PAK bonus)
We've reviewed the contributions from Jan 1 to Dec 31 2025, and have based the results on a combination of the following criteria:
- great compositions/arrangements/productions
- use lots of Band-in-a-Box or RealBand (RealTracks or MIDI)
- most contributions
- other contribution to the forum (songwriting tips etc.)
- haven't won before (not an absolute requirement)
- haven't already got a free version from beta testing etc.

This is Still THE best place for Songwriters and Producers (using BIAB) to share their talents.
Band-In-A-Box is Still THE Best music software available.
It should be the First thing any songwriter or producer ought to purchase.
It is Still the Only thing you need to create your own music.

Thanks to PG Music for this great music-making tool! Without BiaB, I wouldn't be able to be making music because it's the backbone of my process. More importantly, thanks for providing space for this wonderfully supportive community!

Thank you so much for the 2025 awards! I echo the words of Floyd Jane in thanks and gratefulness for what you guys do; how you do it; and your wonderful suite of products.
I first purchased BIAB back in 2000 (I think) and it played a significant role in my songwriting and musicianship - even exposing me to genres which I had never played and sometimes never heard before. There was an explosion in my songwriting because the ideas in my head could now take form through the styles you provided and other features, and even more so when you introduced RealTracks and RealStyles. This year’s user interface changes are also very welcome.
I look forward to continuing to using BIAB moving forwards and supporting PG Music as you support us.

Hi Peter. Thank you and your team heaps Band in a Box was life changing for me when I discovered it in 2006. Now, 20 years later, it is an integral part of my day-to-day life, and I honestly cannot imagine not being involved with the program. I love it. There is no better software to help aspiring musicians and songwriters grow their skills and develop their musicianship. I've learnt a great deal about the software over the years and even now, I still continue to learn new things about it on a daily basis. Your company has been the best company that I have ever dealt with. The support and knowledge that you offer is exceptional in the very best possible way. Well done everyone! Dear Dr Gannon, PG Music and fellow artists,
This is an unexpected surprise! When I first heard about it my thought was scam, such is the level of suspicion we live with these days. But no, it's unexpected and appreciated, especially as Band In A Box brings our creativity to life in a lots of different ways. I think the last time I ever won anything was a Ringo Starr LP, Blast from The Past, back in the 70s on a TV kids show. I remember it distinctly as the presenter jibed that my name was Leroy Brown, (Lee). As for an award, well 40 years of accounting and never was there an Accountancy Award Dinner!!... boy, wouldn't that be a dry old event? "The award for best debit entry, goes to..."
All joking aside, I echo all the previous comments about PG Music and BIAB, but I want to call out what a great community of friends and artists this is. Always positive, offering and taking advice. Where other communities drag you down, this community is uplifting and inspiring.
