I'm not aware of any Save as Video feature built into BBW that ever included highlighted notes in red, as my understanding is that BBW creates a video by generating individual bitmaps one bar at a time and then syncing the display of them with the audio when generating the video, rather than doing a real-time capture of BBW playing music. The latter could be done with a 3rd party program.
