Terrific song, Noel! Besides your usual positivity, this had an assertiveness I've not heard in your music before. I can see this being a battle anthem for athletes. Nice upbeat song, a song of encouragement for oneself. I like how the verses start darker and finally turn to full shine in the chorus which is really catchy one and it really gets stronger on each repeat with the help of those slight changes. I can imagine this also to be sung by supporters of a sports team. The powerful drums provide a solid foundation for the rock sound without losing optimism for aggressiveness. You have great skill to make these virtual singers sound like you, I'm surprised you managed that also with NineZero, good selection for your vision. I'm glad you got this one finished Janne

I'm unused to the aggression in a Noel song.
It's a fabulous song...I'm not 100% sold on the synth lead vocal though - it's a bit distorted and suitably aggressive.

It was way outside my comfort zone. The voice came with distortion already added. I didn't add any extra. The only things I did was to compress it, double it, and add some reverb. That seemed to be enough for my needs. --Noel

That’s a terrific song. I really like the synthetic effect on a synthetic voice and then you have the normal voicing in the harmony. Flawless, a catchy song worthy of several listens.

This is a fantastic power rock ballad.
I can totally see that you started writing it during the Olympics.
It's an unusual minor-key song for you, but the aggressive lyrics really elevate the song.
