Hi All, Here's something called Coffee And Kaiserschmarrn. Very sweet, Bob. Another gorgeous, sepia toned postcard from a place we've never been but know quite well. That opening piano figure is very welcoming and the playing throughout is quite engaging. Well done! Great vocals. Love Joliz's unique touches on harmonies and BGVs. Superb mix and a glossy overall sheen. Outstanding!

You remkind me of the best things i love about Joni Mitchell. Hope that reaches you as the compliment it was intended to be. Homeless, living in an abandoned building that had electricity, i had a record player and 6 albums, 3 Joni's and 3 of Nilsson's. A lot more to that story. Wish i was as good as you as writing a song about it.
Enough about me... hehe. Another gem of a story song, Bob, and i really like how much Joliz adds. What a wonderful duo. Lyrics are outstanding as usual, and the whole production is the perfect delivery vehicle. Dang, I love that chorus. Man, i get chills it's so good. Your songs are some of the best stories i've ever heard. keep telling them. They all seem to be real life experiences.

Another classic - the reverb or whatever is on the lead vocal is POIFEKT.
The hmms seems well placed but there's something a little strident in the tone, like a cello bowed too close to the bridged, that doesn't work for me. I'm sure it could be EQ to be a little smoother. The actual word harmony/bvox are tonally spot on.

Lots of great lines in this song, if I started quoting I wouldn't know where to start. Chorus was haunting. Great work!

Hi Bob (and Joliz)!
Another good one from you two.
I won’t talk about the lyrics because that’s above my pay grade, but the melody and chords of the chorus have a classic sound, yet sound very fresh within your songwriting. I like the way your vocal Bob is up front, and Joliz’ vocal is behind, reflecting the first line of the chorus.

That is really nice Bob. Right from the opening piano intro, this song had a beautiful melancholy feel and I was hooked. You have a great storytelling ability that I only wish I could emulate. Great song Bob, kind regards
