Dear Dr. Gannon, and everyone at PG Music,
Although I'm supposed to be good with words (what with writing lyrics for songs and everything), for once, words do genuinely fail me. Thank you so much for this wonderful, wonderful gift, which will enable me to continue to write songs.
Every single song I have ever written has been through using Band-in-a-Box. I cannot underestimate the impact that this software has had upon my musical life. I've said this before: without BIAB, I would not have written a single song.
To then have the BIAB update offered to me and to so many of my music colleagues and friends, as a recognition of our songwriting efforts and our posts on the User Showcase Forum, is something which is genuinely both humbling and a great honour, to me. I am beyond grateful.
PG Music is, for me, without a doubt the best and most musician-friendly company in the world. Thank you for this wonderful initiative, which ensures that we can keep creating, and that we are so generously rewarded for creating.
