Thanks! You'll notice the summary is - for me - rather short, because I was focused on getting it done quickly. I think I got it out in two days, which is super-fast for me. It helped that BiaB did all the heavy lifting, and there's not much to the vocals.

That didn't mean that the lyrics (as pithy as they are) didn't get a lot of rewrites. laugh

I can't take credit for the voices - it's all SynthV. I think that's the advantage of writing a song around the voice. I can pick phrasing that works for that voice, and if I swapped out another voice, it would have an entirely different feel. When I picked up Danny, I certainly didn't expect to use his "urban" voice for jazz, but he reminded me a bit of someone I'd heard singing on Mister Rodger's Neighborhood, so I went with that.

It is good to see you back on the forum and posting your work!
I'm glad to be here. I'd been buried in my vocal synthesis project, but I vastly underestimated the difficulty of some parts of work. I kept telling myself I'd get back on the forum once I'd reached a point, but that horizon kept getting further and further away. So here I am! smile

Thanks again!

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?
