So when comparing the master midi track with the piano midi track they are both identical and have the same notes and the same number of notes?
and when listening to the master track and the piano track they both sound the same?
(if not already done it might be useful to print out a few bars of the master and piano midi to se if they are identical or not).
The piano stem and midi includes both piano and guitar and it might look a bit grotty.(and might look similar if not studied in detail)
It works fine for me.
I can clearly see in the notation and hear that the bass and drums are not included in the piano track (the test song only had drums, bass, guitar, piano and vocals).
