In the "Notations Window Options" the "gear wheel" top row of the notation view and of the lead sheet view (beside the print button) there are some options to change the layout of the notation.

In the notation view for the Bass track, try to change the track type to bass (first option).
Then if needed one can transcribe the notes so they fall on the bass clef, also one can set the the split point for which notes to fall on the bass clef.

However I don't think it is possible to remove the empty G clef in the notation view ( I am not sure).

But that is possible in the Lead Sheet view.
In the Lead sheet view open the notations window options and select Bass clef. (some of the first options).

For the Drum track, open the notations window options in the notation view and change the track type to Drums. That should switch the notation to drum notation (at least for me)

(it is all a big mess, and very time consuming. One would have thought that since the system knows what instruments that the stem midi tracks are intended for, it should automatically set the track type and a suitable notation for that instruments)
