So to break down the three lines of the bridge you were asking about into plain (but American) English:

1. The limousine has an amazing selection of mixers available in the built-in bar
2. The limousine driver has been criminally charged with killing someone with a car, presumably the limousine
3. The limousine has a raised roof tall enough to accommodate the tallest passengers, for example, The Harlem Globetrotters basketball team

Funny interpretation about our "take a bow" and our president, but...no.
