As Noel indicates, that isn't how RealTracks work, which will probably, initially, be a bit of a disappointment, but that misses the power of RealTracks, so worry not and look to work with the features of BiaB.

If your stems are MIDI, then you can use standard MIDI instruments on BiaB to play the parts, though MIDI is imperfect.

A more usual and often better way, though, is to enter the chords into the chord-sheet and search for a RealTrack style that has the right sort of feel for the song you're making. It won't play the exact same notes, but it will play to the song in a very realistic way.

If you're trying to make a precise copy cover of a song, you'll need to use quite a bit of MIDI, if you're happy with a slightly more flexible interpretation, RealTracks can do a really good job.
