Thanks, Brian! Because after being a drummer in my teens I really got into songwriting I always sang my own songs, but I always considered myself a below average vocalist as I have a very limited range. My voice has changed a lot as I've gotten older and is much improved, so for me it's even more of a shame that I've ended up living where I am, plus that now due to emphysema I couldn't sing a whole live song through! I only have one other song on YouTube, but it's not good quality as it was a spontaneous recording just to test a new microphone at least a decade ago, but re the above song I was surprised at how my voice has improved since then. The song is called "Will Or My Mind", which are words which don't appear in the song as had I played it with a band the title words would only be sung during the instrumental break. In the YT post I explain the origins of the song as it's a rewrite of one of my first 1969 songs, "Still On My Mind". Fingers crossed that my next post will also be a sung song.
