The offset I mentioned in an earlier post is not fixed but depends on the timing of the bars.

Did you test with an audio track edited with assigned tempo bars and these varying, i.e. not constant?

Is there some recalculation of the tempo of the bars being done when the second looping takes place as it gets out of sync?

Also setting tempo bars in audio edit defines these with decimals and in the song setting the bar tempos are normally are presented as integers ..., is this a clue to the problem?
