Dan, your question triggered a trip down the MasterWriter rabbithole for me! I think I owned this or something just like it about 13 years ago when it was standalone software. I liked it a lot but never really used it all that much and I've lost track of it. But with that said, I am probably going to sign up for this $9.95 to see if I like it and would use it then maybe buy a 2-year subscription (my wife says I shouldn't even buy green bananas but I'm an optimist!)

I watched one of their videos tonight and I love the features they have. Yes, most (all?) of the things it does can be done using a text editor and Google search but it sure does look handy to have everything in one program! I'm going to be participating in an online songwriting group soon so I'll buy that 1 month at that time and try it out and let ya know what I think soon!
