personally i dont like laptops...
your msn link is very interesting from a tech perspective...but you wont know till you would put it through its paces. so at this point i wont comment further....as ive never used this product.
also i cant comment further without knowing your track and plugin count needs.
50 tracks ? 100 ? useing resource heavy plugins ??


be carefull of high inherent dpc latency re any pc you get.

and also ideally 2 internal drives so there is no possibility of win interrupting the recording process and thus causeing hiccups.
particularly on songs with lots of tracks/plugins.
been there done that.
