First, it's all theft second it's killing the planet. I really could go on for days on the issues with using AI but that should be it's own thread.
Again, try and find someone willing to work with you to accomplish the goals. "Community" is a big part of what music is about not technology.
I don't mean to sound mean but if you are on the BIAB forum lamenting about folks not using a friend or working musician to sing their vocals I have to ask why are you using BIAB instead of using those friends or working musicians for your own instrument tracks?

And, to your valid point about how AI has stolen the source material to train on, I'd just add that, like the musicians who record BIAB RealTracks, the singers whose voices we can use in tools like Synthesizer V are paid for their time and effort.

I own Synthesizer V but I've not used it in any of my final tracks as I kinda like my own voice! smile But I do like it for songwriting and I might just use it for harmony vocals in some of my songs. I don't play drums or bass so BIAB or some other sample library always provides those parts for me. And sometimes I even use BIAB instruments like guitars that I can play because it is quicker and usually better!

But there is no stopping AI. That train has already left the station. Toothpaste out of the tube. Etc. The best thing we can do, IMHO, is stay abreast of what is happening and learn to use it for good!
