Wonderful how you managed to express that wisdom in a song.
That's definitely one of my favorites smile[Linked Image - Only viewable when logged in]
Thanks, Brain. I don't know, man. This guy seems to be too afraid to try new things just 'cause he failed at them before. Yeah, you're right. That happens a lot in life.

Thanks again, Chay. i appreciate your comments. You're right. Go there.

You’re showing us your country side here and Bill’s pedal steel fit perfectly.
Sweet harmonies too.

When the percussion arrived we almost expected to see the couple riding horses in the video.
It added a sweet loping sound.

Nice performances by you and a fine open mix.

You’re on a roll, Marty, and well done!

Thanks, Janice & Bud. Ha, yeah you're talking about the horses at the Bridge. Yep, that guy was like a cat making sure there was more than one exit. smile

Thanks, Floyd. Yeah, don't believe everything you hear, right? Turns out the guy eventually left her cuz he was afraid to follow her.

The song had, to me, a clicky feel and sound to it but not uncomfortably so. From my second listen.... It's the percussion causing that. It's all good.

The steel was nice. Was that the instrument for that fuzzy sounding solo in there? I think it is after a second listen. Nice overdrive tone.

I enjoyed listening. Good job
Thanks, Herb. Yeah, i could get carried away with percussion. At least the clicks were on the beat. wink Yep, that fuzzy solo was Bill's steel. He keeps saying he wants to use it in unusual ways. i gave him a Reggae song a month ago to try, and haven't heard from him since.

The baritone guitar has the right mood to tell about the place you won't go. Bill's pedal steel works charmingly and the solo is great. Your bass and vocals are the warming blanket that holds the love's filling desire. Pleasantly positive song.

Janne
Thanks, Janne. "There." Yeah, i think this guy was too scared to go anywhere. Yep, that baritone was for emphasis for the resistance.

Enjoy whatever happens!
