I really enjoyed this.
Thanks Bob! I had a lot of fun with the vocals, but didn’t realise how hard it is to hold a note consistently for 4 bars - I’ve often joked I have no right to sing any notes longer than a minim. So there was a lot of ‘tape’ on the mixing room floor! But it came out better than I had hoped. I’m thinking of turning the vocals into a User Track I can reuse in BIAB.

Nice drum loop choice
Thanks Floyd! I don’t know what I was on back in 2001, but the drum and bass loops work really well together, I think. Their repetition gives more focus for the vocal and other instruments.

Hi Rob! I’ve never been a gamer so I found the soundtrack on YouTube and listened to it - I can see why you mentioned the style similarity, particularly the repeating drum pattern - albeit different. This instrumental pursuit is hard graft because the music has to say EVERYTHING. I’m glad you thought so.

Great mix.
Loved it!

PS - we can never have to many instrumentals in this forum!
Thanks Mario! The word ‘majesty’ only came to me as I was working on my track description and after I had done the video - same with the word ‘sacred’. When I posted, I did wonder if you’d tell me to get in my own lane, so thank you for letting me drift into yours, but rest assured I will only merge occasionally. grin

Thank you all for listening, watching and commenting!
