It will probably depend on how you created your tempo map. I'm just thinking out loud here, but as far as I'm aware, changes in tempo are recorded in MIDI files. Since a tempo map is just a file that has lots of small changes in tempo, if you have saved the tempo map that you created as MIDI, I'd try loading that into BIAB and see what happens. I'm not sure that this information will automatically be loaded into Bar Settings. It's worth a try, though.

If you have a MIDI file, I'd also try using it in Realband since Realband behaves differently from BIAB and you could use the MIDI file to create a clicktrack.

If the above doesn't help, Thomas's approach is, most likely, the quickest way to do this. This document that I wrote for you last year on how I use ACW explains how I create a tempo map in ACW. This approach would work for your live performance.
