Kipp looks like a last resort. From what I see, it would probably mean all 6 T-joints would need replacing.

3D printing might work, but I'm sure how much stress the replacement would take.

I'll never buy another Ultimate Support product again, either.

If you want to get someone to buy your product, and you offer a lifetime guarantee to do just that, you should honor that guarantee, or else, your original offer is fraudulent. If you are willing to deceive a prospective customer that way, what other lies are you telling?

If you meant 3 or 10 years, say so. If you say lifetime, mean it.

I'm still alive and gigging, and hope to be so for at least another 20 years. This stand fits my needs perfectly and anything else I've researched could work, but not nearly as well.

I did some research and found they are made of polycarbonate. I found some glue that is advertised for that and I'll give it a try.

In the meantime I'll keep searching for replacements.
