I don't think that BIAB can create chords with suspended 4ths and major 7ths. I agree with Trevor. I suspect that the best option would be to use something like C9sus and then apply playable realtracks to re-tune the Bb to B. As a substitute, G7/C has all the notes you need so it might do the job. By any chance, does this section of the music use a pedal bass of C? If so, this chord might well have begun as a G7/C chord.

Dan... there is a checkbox in Display Options that will allow the display of X9sus chords in their alternative spelling of X11.
